Did 45 minutes of wii activity
not so much water
started to drink Coke Zero

  • Goal this week to loose 3 lbs. 
  • drink less sugar drinks and
  • more water and to do 5 days of activity

age 25 last night
drank more water
had better balance on the wii challenge

Nothing Today - had a funeral to attend

Maybe tonight I will come home from work and do the wii - last night I did a second session.

balance = unbalanced (but we all knew that)

diet needs to change
more water needed
co-workers need to remove cookies from office
I need to pack a lunch
made one step toward weight loss (for the first time bought Coke ZERO)  I can not do diet and I need the caffiene!

tomorrow day two more water is the goal.

Starting a NEW YEAR

Loosing weight has always been a struggle of mine but now I have seen that I can loose the weight!  About 4 years ago I started Weigh Watchers and they taught me how to loose the weight.  I lost 25 lbs and kept it off for a few years, but now I need to loose it all again.  This Blog will help be acountable for lossing the weight and on track by writting down what I do each day and eat as well.
